The event will be held at Chenay Bay (Southgate) on STX; featuring a fantastic beach BBQ with live Music, Games, and a Beach Clean-up!
This is an all-ages, all-day event at the beach that will start at 11am and last well into the evening.
We have a wide range of activities planned for you. Such as a team Tug O’ War and Beach Volleyball matches. For the little less active Balloon Darts and Wheel of Fortune stands. A Sandcastle Contest (bring your shovels and pails) and an all-day Beach Clean-up competition.
And like with any fundraiser, there will be “Door Prizes” and Raffles.
BBQ and other Beach Party Foods will be available starting at lunchtime and throughout the event (while supplies last). Our chefs will showcase favorites such as Traditional Pulled Pork, and a Vegan Version made from Jackfruit. As well as not so traditional fare like Fruit Salad and Cajun Gumbo. Quick snacks like Shrimp/Chicken/Tofu on a stick, and more! Just a reminder, this is a Vegan Friendly event.
